krazz - i didn't have to build mine. when i bought the boat from the owner it came with the galvanized steel trailer. the trailer cost him $6,000 new. i was happy to get it.

when my nimble 30 express is hoisted out of the water they put it on my 12,000 lb capacity 6 wheel trailer & i bring it home. it stays on the trailer all winter. i don't have to bother with a cradle.

the 2 cycle gm diesels had a flapper in the intake to shut off the air in case of a runaway. if the air box drains were plugged , oil would build up till the air would blow the oil into the cylinder...
