Interlux 4000 is a 2 part barrier coat formulated for this purpose. I applied it before using the interthane 2 part paint an am happy with the results. Call the interlux tech service.

The diaphram pumps are good if you have excess pump height. From the bottom of my blige to the top of the loop is 8''. The submersible pumps are not rated to pump to that height.

Gel coat cracks

Interlux has a barrier coat ( #4000 ) that works very well for filling crazing. Then paint with 2 part paint. ( add non-skid if you like ) Call their help line.
