My sweetie is a rigger and he says that in situations like this, the integrity of the entire rig is suspect. The mast/rigging is supposed to act as a system with each part dependent on its neighbors....

We had a 5411 and the fuel pump slowly died....

We had a 5411 and the fuel pump slowly died. Installed an electric pump (about $60 from an auto parts store) and never had another fuel problem. A side benefit is that the pump will do the bleeding...
