Re: Don't "drive" your boat like it's a car!

This really is a very interesting topic...

I'm still new at sailing, and I'm still learning to take out and dock my 16 Topper. I share a slip with a powerboat, and I'm between the dock and the...

Re: My Little Marina was on 'The Amazing Race--Abu Dhabi'

How cool is it to see your boat on the tube? I wish mine was, but it would have been dwarfed by the 80 foot 'Nouf' parked right in front of it...

By the way, jim...how did you know I live in Al...

Can you reef a mainsail that isn't reefed?

Howdy,

A question for anyone reading: I have a 16' Topper Sport dinghy. It has a mainsail and a jib, but since I'm still learning I usually just use the mainsail.

I know that if the wind is...

I took my little 16 footer out for a sail here in Abu Dhabi. My marina is close to a few little islands, so I thought I would go sail along Yas Golf...

Re: I Think I Found The Right Boat

I looked at Catalinas, and they are a nice looking boat. Are the 27s trailerable? If they are, you should look at craiglist in LA. I used to live in Chandler, and it's a 6 hour drive. Looks like...
