I cleaned out the raw water filter and it had about a tablespoon and a half of crap/kelp in it. About 20% clogged I would say.

Nothin, was a good year. Working in construction I have had at least three months of layoff since each year. Would prefer to work all the time but the time off is nice as well.

I actually feel like i am moving around afterward even with a few minute visit to the boat. And elevators do it to me also. I never thought of it as being sick though. Thanks for the input.
