The GPSmap 478 has a USB port and outputs NMEA 0183 data on the serial lines that share the power connector. However, it will not output GPS...

If you are concerned about the keel, and if the seam seems to be getting wider, PULL THE BOLTS. It's not rocket science, and it can be done...

Also, do not load pix to SailNet from your phone. Sailnet hosting software does weird things to attachments. Insyead use a picture hosting service, like photobucket, and use links.

That is an M25 with the upgraded alternator mounting bracket, and the hot water bypass installed. It also seems to have an oil leak at the crankshaft seal.

BTW - the reason that it read low is that I believe that an air bubble would get trapped in the T fitting... Also, the T was not in the flow of water through the system.

Assuming that the problem is, in fact, the heat exchanger (which is copper/brass/bronze and stainless), and not the exhaust manifold (which is cast iron/steel), I would simply buy a new one...
