Not quite the way it works.. at least not in our case.. and probably not in many cases. If you are on a guaranteed pay program, you may pay a very nominal fee if you use your boat, a turn around fee...

That's a good idea too. they're called plug cutter bits. I have used them to cut wood plugs to cap screw holes in cabinets and such.

If you're running a tight budget, remember, moorings are gonna run about $30 a night if you don't anchor. Not every bay is conducive to anchoring very well either.
