It appear as though the company that provides our Chat feature recently updated their software and now one of their modules is being 'mis-classified' by Norton/Symantec and possible containing a virus. Take a towel and drape it over the dropboards....
Take a towel and drape it over the dropboards. Then slide the hatch closed. It will seal along the top better and stop the drafts between them.
