Brenda,
So happy that this made you happy! The used copies are so cheap on Amazon, too. My book looks brand new, and it was 3.15 + 3.99 shipping, so $7.14 was all I paid...enjoy!!!

We just took our maiden voyage, from Galesville MD to Willoughby Harbor Marina VA. It was a delightful 3-day rough-weather trip. Upon arrival to our new "home", we had a series of unfortunate events...

Our personal experience is with a Westerbeke 55B. We had a blown head gasket. My husband took everything apart and ordered new valves. MONTHS later, we FINALLY received new valves...the wrong ones!...

Re: The definition of I can cook

I think that I can cook. While I like to take a lot of time to research and create new recipes, I would say that maybe my best skill is cooking up a delicious and nutritious meal using what I've got....

Ditto on Bacon...a fun place to poke around. One of our faves is also the Boatyard Bar & Grill in Eastport. Full of happy sailors, and their crabcakes are killer!!!
