Hi sailnet tech mods,

I've been using the chat with folks for a few months.. and it's kinda buggy.

Often reads as "full" when it might not be, has problems with rapid typing, tends to crash...

I guess a Columbia 34 (centerboard model) would also be a very similar boat.. e.g. 1966-1970 version that shares the same hull as the C-33

1970 E-35. Things to watch out for?

I just looked at a really nice 1970 Ericson 35' sloop - beautiful lines, clean interior, just needs a little TLC, a new wind speed/direction sensor at the mast tip, and it's got a blown bow windlass....

The local boat yard is quoting my buddy with a Columbia 33 only $1300 for haul/scrape/paint etc. Zincs are extra, I think. They added another $500 to the quote for iron keel...
