using the hardware from old rudder, plywood coverd with fiberglass for the first one, now starting the second one, learning from my mistakes.

well the project has begun, alot slower gowing than I'd hoped, runs to the hardware store and such. thank you all for your imput. X your fingers not the best at such projects.

that was the same advice I was given, but as I did with golf couldn't wait jumped right in, but had some experienced help to start. take the advice, get lessons and make it safer and more enjoyable...

rudder replace
I need to build a new rudder but not sure what type of wood to start with and should it be another kick-up or one piece this time. I could use any views bieng this is my first time with THIS job....
