It could be a small weep at the keel joint coming up from through one of the bolt gaskets. If it is that slow I would throw a bilge pump with an auto switch and let it do it's job. Many stuffing...

The marina in Swansea, MA that my "new" to me boat is at doesn't even begin to launch until May 1st. I am ready but there is a boat in front of me that isn't close.

The marina did not assign it so if they do it is up to them to assigne you a new mooring with proper swing.

This reminds me of our "demo" derby days in the cove when we were youngins'. We used to get about 5 boats together and using our bailers (cut off bleach jugs) try to fill the other boats and swamp...

You are taking this manual way too seriously. Flush it at the end of the season or if you have time back at the dock with a bucket of fresh water or rabbit ears. It is your time...
