This stuff is gonna make a huge difference I think. It's called guide coat and it is a fine black powder that you put on between sanding. It shows you low spots and spots that need more attention

I tried so many things lol.. I even tried wet sanding with 100 to no avail. You can actually see the swirls that the wet sanding made in the first picture. The oxidation felt like sandpaper.
