I'm sure there are some private charters who would jump at the chance to have their boat chartered for 6 weeks minimum - although I can't imagine them agreeing to such a trip without the skipper...

Life on the water is unpredictable, so when preparing for day sailing it might be a good idea to prepare for night sailing too! Appropriate nav lights, flashlights and a knowledge of the Col Regs...
