It appear as though the company that provides our Chat feature recently updated their software and now one of their modules is being 'mis-classified' by Norton/Symantec and possible containing a virus. Until they have this resolved we have de-activaed chat. We've opened a support incident with Envolve and they will hopefully have this corrected soon.

Pumping out a flat bilge
There are switches with two probes that will function in very little water, but the typical Rule pump itself has about a 3/4" threshold to be able to move water and depending on the hose size, some...

At this point you have nothing to loose by dropping a heavy charge, caps off, say 50 amps at 14.2 volts or slightly above on them for an hour or so. Then drop back to a normal charge overnight. ...

Gulfstar or Endeavour (37''''s)
A little something for you to think about. About every early model Endeavour, 32''s, 37"s and 43''s that I have known, have had their fuel tanks corode through. That is because they sit in the bilge...

Gulfstar or Endeavour (37''''s)
Had an Endeavour 32 for 9 years, dock mate a 37 and still does. Much better built than the Gulfstar. They were all built on "sailboat row" here in Largo, Fl. The man that designed the Endeavour,...

Radio Check
Only the clueless clog 16 with radio checks. If you want a real radio check, listen for a while on the working chnnels, find a boat that is out there, and call them directly, but not on 16.
