Our Valentine's Day shake out sail on our (new to us) Bristol 41.1 (1981) shook out a winch problem and question. The winch seems to go into freewheeling left and right -- neutral? -- and can't grind...

easy fix for spot tabbing delamination?

So there are a few spots where some bulkhead tabbing has delaminated from the hull. I believe standard practice fix is to grind away all loose material and re-tab. Dusty and messy business.
