Slip fees for Lake Champlain

Right now we have a 30' Catalina that we keep on the Pamlico. We might need to relocate to Burlington, VT for job reasons. What is a ball park for slip fees there?

I'd guess that the roughness of the galvanizing on a CQR anchor allows it to have a holding power that is 10% more than an equivalent shiny stainless steel anchor. Just a guess...wonder if any tests...
