I have installed 2battery monitors, 1 for each battery.

But they only show the voltage of each battery and I am not sure exactly what level it should show for fully charged and needing a top up???

The other options would have been either to hire a professional skipper to help prepare her for the crossing and then oversee the voyage safely or have it shipped on one of those yacht transporter...

My thinking was that each manufacturer must measure the drag co efficient or hydrodynamics or whatever the nautical equivalent of aerodynamics are for each hull design they use.
