Just came back from the store, they advice was to use filler on the holes, and apply another coat of primer.

So if I finish the job the bottom will be protected...

I dont really want to sand the primer layers, as I've just applied them! Sure, I shuold've filled the holes before painting the bottom... I was hoping that maybe the primer...
