Chartered a Leopard 39 out of Miami. Great time and really enjoyed the boat.
Caveats:
You can't see under the jib from the elevated helm.
Main weighs a lot when you try to flake it.

I'm happy with Trinidad SR, but it is hideously expensive. Got 2 seasons with an ocsassional dive. It is NOT ablative.

Wire was the one area where C&C cut corners. I had trouble with one running light. Turned out there was a 7 volt drop in a 2 foot piece of wire threaded through the bow pulpit to the light.

Check out Cncphotoalbum.com for all things C&C. On my 35, it starts above the waterline and ends around the cove stripe. Plus decks, lids.

Friend of mine is having a new main built by Bacon Sails for a Bene 393. He was told to avoid vertical battens and go with a high quality dacron. Price was amazing! I'd call/email Gary!

Buy some plastic shroud covers and put them on the lifeline where the jib rubs. It will save the jib too.
