Racor makes, or did make, a device that prevents fuel tank vent overflow while taking on fuel. The Racor Lifeguard Fuel/Air Separator. The device as installed on Anna Marie seems to work well.

Has anybody replaced their PSS shaft seal bellows? I assume that the procedure to pull the shaft coupler and then the bellows requires prop removal? Since I am starting on the project soon, I guess...

Regarding the question about the sink depth in a PSC 37 - the sink depth (at least in the 1989 model) is 10 inches.

I had inadequate room for the hose-to-outlet fitting (a 90 degree barbed/threaded elbow). I will recheck it again.
