SHNOOL, It has bow and stern flotation tanks. But later models also had side tanks to be make recovery from capsize easier.

That was quick! Its actually a 1953 tech dinghy from MIT. Mast is there just not in the picture. just needs a tiller arm and some rigging and its ready to sail.

Rudder Failure Waiting to happen.
