Yes I think I'm a green boater. To bad the word green will either make me sound new to boating or that I get sick on boats. I never liked calling my self a sailor.

I believe the mission failed when the safety boat had to tell them to stop sailing for the night. They would have smashed into the rocks so why are they still pressing on with bad feet.

CG always Monitors CH16 on the bay. I would never send out a MAY DAY on fishing channel like 78. 16 is for emergencies not chatter.
