Turtle Bay in Turk and Caicus

If ever traveling South I can recommend Turtle Bay.
There is a cut in the reef that is 5 meters deep give or take and 10 meters wide. We got in on a 90 ft power yacht with a tight fit on high tide....

How to make fresh herbs last on a boat

Helllo all,
So if your one of many who enjoy the taste of fresh herbs for your meals at sea, such as:
parsley
Basil
thyme
sage
and many more.... You can dice them and then freeze them in ice...
