I am lucky in that the Cal 29 sump has two levels which allows two pumps to be installed

The higher pump never gets wet unless the low pump fails and as the boat is on a remote mooring this gives...

I have a high quality bare minimum solar system which peaks out at 2.5 amps and combined with my really low energy needs works out fine on a 29' boat that lives without any shore power on a remote...

I scuff the paint with my random orbit/vacuum sander and do a solvent wipe as dust and wet sanding are forbidden

And I do a jack stand dance to setup tarps to trap and mistakes and give solvent...
