Greetings,

While not being an O'Day 25, I did replace the bulkheads & chain plates on my O'Day 222...

Save the old bulkheads as you can use them for the template.. I bought 1/2" marine plywood...

I've been fortunate enough to have sailed over most of the Atlantic and Pacific in 40 years - so I've had lots of opportunities to make Bonehead moves.

Removal of material from bulkheads..?

Greetings!

I have an O'Day 222 that has the original carpet-like material glued to the bulkheads...
I've tried pulling on this "stuff" and I suspect it was glued on with resin. It looks nasty and...
