Open to other areas; however would prefer to be near a midsized city. Curious to know if sailing conditions are much more difficult on the Atlantic side versus the Gulf side of florida.

I still think that a hunter 41 ft deck salon from 2004 -2006 would be ideal. Buy the boat for 140k and save the rest of the money.
