do you know the brand of the furler? for instance if it is a Schaefer Snapfurl 500 it takes a #5 tape which must be a "true#5 (schaefers emphasis) if the sail loft did not ask you about the tape size...

is the filter bowl clean? is the fuel fresh? if and when it starts agin allow it to run in forward with high idle till it smooths out. Then check the plugs...regap per specs. Buy a can of Merc engine...
