Re: Had an oopsie, need the name of a part.

Does anyone have an estimate of the working load or breaking strength of the adjusters with several holes in them?

Re: Had an oopsie, need the name of a part.

I do have the adjusters with many holes but I would not mind switching to turnbuckles, is there a specific style I should use?

Re: Rediscovering one's "Self"

My goals are just things I look at and go "You know, that would be alright doing for years at a time".

If you are already a liveaboard, and you like it, then you already know many things that you...

Re: Rediscovering one's "Self"

Re: Shroud clips, oversized or undersized?

The order had not shipped yet, I will just grab 1/8" 7x19 instead. 5/16 seems to be a real oddball size that hardware does not support.

Re: Shroud clips, oversized or undersized?

Yea I was going to buy 1/8 to replace the 1/8 on there but some listed the working load as 400 lb or so, I was worried that with my weight on the mast too from a trapeze, that a line might become...

Re: Shroud clips, oversized or undersized?

I was going to use it after a swage just to be double sure it did not slip, I dont trust swages 100%, when I took the old ones off the wire had slipped a bit and those were copper.
