source for grommets - bringing wires through mast

Anyone have a source for grommets that will accommodate a mast extrusion? Anything at HD or WM are for thinner walls :-/

Preparing to install ss sheet metal screws into fiberglass

Preparing to install #4 x 1" 18-8 sheet metal screws into fiberglass. I know fiberglass doesn't "give" the way most woods do. What's the correct way to prepare holes for this application?
