That is kinda how I see it.....trouble is that getting the old ones out seems to mean pretty extensive damage to interior
In any case it looks like the owner is now not so sure he wants to sell it...

Yes and yes. Otherwise it does look to be in good shape.
I don't like the encapsulated metal bit, but am hoping to hear more from someone that has dealt with them.......so far seems no one else is...

Looking for experienced Albin 30 (scampi) owners.
Looking at 1977 boat....survey (2 years old) sounded a hollow sound in hull in area of shroud chain plates......but no structural deformities, etc visible.
Any particulars on this model any of you...
