Trailer fenders are not designed to carry much load, how much weight on the fenders?
As others have said you should at least have some padding between the fenders and pontoons.

On most small engine installation there is no keyway for flange. On my Yanmar 57hp there is a clamp on type flange.

You can cut off the extra length, you might need to replace the shaft flange anyhow.
Prop shafts come in standard lengths so it common to adjust length during replacement.

Estimates is hard to give since we dont know the boat.
Garhauer have most of the hardware you need.
You need access to the inside of the deck at locations where new hardware is to be installed....

A quck check in Norway prices from 57000 to 150000 NOK.
The most expensive is optimized for racing.
Doubt you will find much information on US forums.
Do you read Swedish? Lot more info in Swedish...

The old Raymarine sensors (wind, depth, speed) all connects to the N2K (NMEA 2000) using a Raymarine ITC-5.

Any N2K transducer will work,,but you need a unit of same Måke to calibrate the transducer.
The old sensors might be something else NMEA 0183 or ... Do you know what it is.
