If you had good water flow when the temp was high, I would say you might have a sensor problem. I'd take a look a the thermostat connections, and maybe pull the thermostat and see if its all gunked...

Are you sure that the app isn't telling you the max ebb and flood currents? That occurs about mid tide, which looks about right by those times. If the Eldridge is wrong, that's big news....
