I would venture a guess that my 1985 31ft Oday should get around 20 to 25grand today.
It has a small 14 horse diesel but the boat has everything from anchor windless, radar, dinghy davits and other...

I am trying run a small microwave oven on a 1000 Honda Generator.
Thought I might be able to use it at anchor.

I know that a 700 watt microwave will not run on it but does anyone have any...

I tried running a 700 watt off my 1000 watt portable generator.
Did not work. Need 500watt but cannot find. Not even sure 500 watts will run on my Honda portable gen.

I don't tie my tarps to the stantions. I've seen a couple boats with bent stantions due to the weight of a tarp when water or snow puddles in it.

I use tarps and always check them.:)

Need some good advice.
I drilled a 3/8 inch hole in the bottom of the rudder to drain the water.
Someone in the yard told me to put a lag bolt in the hole so I can drain it everytime I haul out for...

Hope you make it. We might leave Bridgeport Thursday and stay overnight in New Haven harbor, Morris Cove right off the N.H. yacht club.
There are several 25ft and smaller that make it every year....
