I appreciate everyone's input on the boat. I crunched a lot of numbers on part costs and the like and decided that this isn't the boat for me. I can't come up with a way to end up being into the boat...

Thanks guys for the encouragement! My brother was able to go out and look at the boat today and sent me some pics I'd asked for of specific areas of the boat. She's dirty, but otherwise looks sound....
