Three boats over 60 years. Had fun with all of then and worth the small amount I paid for each . Two 25's and my present Helms 27 footer. The last one is my favorite.

Crewing on a Lightening when age 15 taught me the basics - an irreplacable experience. Crewing as an adult on much larger boats, racing, off shore experiences added much more. Now 80 and solo sailing...

Forgot the pics. Sorry about that. Once again, these companionway doors were fabricated at a local plastic shop. Material is the same as seaboard except cheaper. Previous board channels were removed...

This process has worked for me every time.
1. Stow anchor end/near cockpit.
2. Run rode outside all lines through **** on bow.
3. Continue rode back across foredeck to cabin mounted clutch.
