Thanks Knot,

I have singlehanded the Baja Bash, so I have that experience. My idea was a beat, or motor to Jamaica, and then we would cover 200 miles a day going to Panama. Lo & behold it was more on the nose! I do not know how rare south west winds are under Jamaica, but we had them for 4 days.

The pic is RTB & I. I am hanging onto the ladder. The anchorage is Shark Cay. I wanted a quick escape.. ........i2f

Thanks for the kind words bl. We should be entering the Pacific in about a week. Melanie, wife, is still posting some videos. She kind of runs the spot tracker thing. I just sail the boat, and do a wee bit of writing........i2f
