Favourite spots in South East Asia

Hi,

we are planning to sail in South East Asia soon and I just wanted to ask "Favourite & best anchorages in South East Asia?"

It's always great to get first hand information and recommendations ...

Best regards,
SoBre

SE Asia covers a lot of ground. Maybe you want to focus on one area? Where will be your first landfall? Saw you were coming to the PI, where, when?

Re: Farourite spots in South East Asia

We will be "all over South East Asia" but the actual destinations will depend on the weather & wind and to avoid typhoons, piracy, etc.
One of the first destinations might be Hong Kong and Philippines and than we might apply for a cruising permit for Indonesia.
Or direction to Thailand, let's see where the wind will take us...
Therefore we are open to all recommendations for anchorages, marinas, etc.

Thank you in advance and best regards,
SoBre
