swing keel might be stuck

I am thinking on buying a tanzer 22 swing keel and think the center board migh be stuck.Was wondering if anyone has had this problem and what is the best way yo free it up thx

your best bet in getting a knowledgeable answer is to go to the Tanzer 22 Yahoo News Group - it is THE PLACE where all of the Tanzer sailors hangout.
