Tartan 30 C rig tune

Anyone out there can tell me specs for tuning my rig. My turnbuckles are bottomed out so I will likely have to replace them or shorten the threads. I can borrow a loos gauge. Shrouds look good and I do not see any corrosion but I have not been aloft to look. I will have to go up for some mast top work so i can check then. The lee shrouds are a little loose and although the boat sails well I have not helm at all and i would feel better if i could generate a little weather helm, enough that I can trim to lessen it.
