Tartan 3700 extra bunk

I am looking at a tartan 3700, and am wondering if anyone out there has any advice on adding an additional bunk to the forward v cabin? We have three boys, 3,10 and 14. I am envisioning a single bunk added above either the port or starboard v. Has anyone one undertaken a project like this? Thanks in advance.
