I'm voting for "Keep both", but my vote would be "Combine them" if that was an option.

Re: Sailnet Changes Poll 2

I can't even see a Navigation forum...?

The Seamanship only has less than 1,000 posts so I would scrub both. They should be in the Sailing General Discussion as the subjects can only be identified accurately by old Grey Beards anyway.

I would look closely at ANY forum with less than 1,000 posts. Why is it there?

The whole Contributing Authors could be just one forum. Same too with Videos.

All the different boat forums many havent been touched for a couple of YEARS. they just take up front page space and make the whoel Sail Net look scrappy imho

Re: Sailnet Changes Poll 2

Seamanship, Navigation and learn to sail I think could be combined, then moved to either below Gen. Forum or the Maintenance forum, put it in the top 3 spots

+1

I didn't vote in this poll because this option was not offered.

Re: Sailnet Changes Poll 2

I agree with Mark that we have too many forums, many of which are under used or completely ignored. Thinks WestSail. all that whining re the lack of the forum and after more than a year .... four posts.
