Finding things in the Bay Islands/La Ceiba

Hi,
Not sure if this is the best place to post this, but does anyone have experience with having things reupholstered or cushions made in the Bay Islands/La Ceiba area? We found a canvas maker, but no one who can find good foam yet!
Also, as long as we're here any recommendations on the best anchorages/towns?
