OpSail 2012 NYC vicinity

I see that OpSail 2012 is scheduled to run in NYC during Fleet Week at the end of May and events (most still not scheduled) will take place until just after Memorial Day. Next on the tour for the Tall Ships is Norfolk.

My question: any activities for Western Long Island Sound?

In run-up for the 1976 event, the fleet sailed down the Sound from Boston, through Hell Gate and down the East River to the harbor (except for the tallest, which couldn't fit under the bridges and which ran down the ocean side of Long Island). During that passing 'parade,' anything that could float, did. It was a hoot!
