Labor Day at Santa Cruz Island

How crowded are the anchorages on Santa Cruz Island around labor day? I imagine Scorpion and Smugglers / Yellow Bank are pretty popular what about anchorages further west on the north or south side?

Last year we went to Cat Harbor the Saturday of Labor day and it was a zoo. There were more boats in Cat Harbor than I have ever seen. Sunday we went to Santa Barbara Island and we the only boat there.
