rudder collar for w-27

I just purchased a watkins 27 (1979) and it is missing the stainless steel rudder collar. Anyone know where to get one or have one manufactured?

any machine or metal shop should be about to make it...i see this post is from a while ago...but i just had that section all taken apart on my watkins...i had to replace the bearing around the rudder shaft...total pain...had it custom made from PVC...interesting replacement
