I hope someone has an answer for you here but just in case they don't - There is a yahoo group for Wauquiez owners where I think you'll find a lot more answers to your questions: wauquiez-boats : Wauquiez Boats
You have to have a yahoo account and then request to join (but that is just a spam filter, the owner will automatically subscribe you) before posting. There is a lot of good information on that forum.
