Last Pearson Built before Chapter 11. LOA 31'9". Has sugar scoop swim platform. Great in all weather. Have sailed in 35 knt wind with short chop and 6' seas with helm trimed so that I could take my hands off of the wheel. Top speed so far is 8.9kts sustained (not surfing) in 16 kts apparant on a beam reach on flat sea with all sails up. Verified with knot meter against GPS. I normally take in 1st reef on main at around 12-13kts apparent. 2nd reef at 20kts apparent. Moves well in light air. Previous owner added line control Jib fairleads. They are fantastic and I will never have another boat without them.

Cabin layout is great. V birth cabin would be tight for over 6 footer. All three births are comfortable. We usually use the main cabin birth because the boat rocks around you.

Have not found weakness yet. Very satisfied. Quality is outstanding. NO gel coat stress cracks . I had a 1990 P27 which I bought new and trade up based on my satisfaction with it. This boat has more than exceeded my expectations.
