Don't imagine this thread is relevant anymore, and don't imagine MGFraser will be reading my post as he has hopefully long ago found his boat, but in case I'm wrong, I'll tell you that I've spent the last 20 years sailing our Albin Nimbus 42 and she's been great to us.
