Hell, I'm tempted to buy this one. And I already own an O'day 35! The (repainted) M25 looks to be in great shape, new fuel tank, and the original blue cushions (why can't anyone find this velour material?) which look GREAT make this a deal. Check the keel bolts.

Dave's school used to have an O'day 35, so he knows how it behaves.
